📋 Description

• Maintain the ERP system: analyze and resolve errors and ensure availability and performance of the ERP system • Develop and maintain interface integrations in collaboration with external partners • Manage existing EDI interfaces with customers and suppliers • Administer existing IT hardware and software • Provide hotline support • Collaborate with various departments

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent relevant professional experience • Experience with SQL databases • Preferably experience in ERP administration • Understanding of business processes • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style • Flexibility • Commitment • Reliability • Team player • Strong problem-solving skills • IBM AS/400 experience preferred
