• You monitor and optimize administrative processes in the facilities and contribute to the further development of our quality management system • You advise, support and accompany the facilities on quality-related matters within the administrative area (billing, data management) • You actively advise facilities on maintaining master data and billing in resident and staff administration • You assist with the onboarding of new employees in the administration area
• Commercial vocational training, preferably with a specialization in healthcare, or an equivalent qualification • Good knowledge of the care services catalogue under Social Code Book XI (SGB XI) • Professional experience in the social and healthcare sector with a focus on quality assurance • Flexibility, commitment, high reliability and strong interpersonal skills • Very good knowledge of standard IT applications • Enjoyment of a mix of desk-based and practical tasks • Business-minded and entrepreneurial thinking • Willingness to travel regularly
