📋 Description

• You are the primary point of contact for franchise partners in your area • Regular on-site visits to franchise partners to advise on optimizing operational and business processes • Support franchise partners in implementing local store marketing • Advise regional managers of company-operated units on optimizing operational and business processes • Support internal meetings and report to the Head of Franchise Performance

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or hospitality vocational training, or an equivalent qualification • Operational experience within a (system) restaurant or hospitality concept • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position supporting (system) gastronomy franchises • High degree of initiative, responsibility, and ability to work independently • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities • Confident demeanor and diplomatic assertiveness • MS Office 365 (especially Excel) • Excellent German and English language skills • Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license (Class B) • Residence in North Rhine-Westphalia or willingness to relocate
