📋 Description

• Identification and acquisition of suitable retail premises in your expansion area, taking into account our site requirements and growth targets • Leading negotiations with property owners, landlords, project developers and investors up to final agreement • Evaluating potential locations and preparing well-founded decision documents for internal approval • Monitoring relevant markets and competitors and actively further developing our expansion strategy • Independently managing your expansion territory and closely coordinating with the Head of Expansion, internal departments and external business partners

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in expansion, real estate development or site acquisition • Experience in retail, preferably in apparel or discount retail or within a comparable store network • Strong negotiation skills, a persuasive and reliable manner, and enjoyment in working with a variety of business partners • A good instinct for attractive locations, high self-initiative and self-organization, and an analytical, solution-oriented and pragmatic approach • Very good German skills and business-fluent English for collaboration in an international environment • Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly for business and site visits within Germany
