📋 Description

• The Business Development Representative (BDR) drives pipeline growth by filling sales reps’ calendars with high-quality meetings likely to generate near-term recurring revenue • Identify, qualify, and engage target contacts — both new prospects and existing clients — with urgency and precision • Respond to inbound inquiries within 5 minutes during business hours to maximize conversion opportunities • Schedule qualified meetings for sales reps • Confirm that all meeting participants meet qualification standards • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets • Use sales enablement resources effectively to deliver relevant and compelling messaging

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role (SaaS or growth-stage environment preferred) • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet performance targets • Comfort with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
