📋 Description
• Take the lead on a wide range of business immigration matters • Support businesses with the strategic and operational aspects of employing international talent and navigating the UK immigration system • Work closely with founders, HR teams, in-house counsel and senior business leaders, providing clear, pragmatic advice that supports commercial objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance • Collaborate with colleagues across Corporate, Commercial and Employment teams where immigration issues arise within broader transactions, restructures, or international expansion projects
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 8 years’ PQE with a strong focus on UK business immigration • Demonstrable experience advising corporate clients on sponsor licences and skilled worker routes • Strong knowledge of Home Office policy, sponsor compliance obligations and right to work requirements • Ability to manage matters independently and deliver pragmatic, commercially focused advice • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills • Confidence working with founders, HR leaders and in-house legal teams
