• Join a growing and ambitious commercial law firm • Support businesses of different sizes across a variety of sectors
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years PQE • Goods and services agreements incl. terms of business • Distribution agreements • Agency agreements • Introducer / referral agreements • Terms for online sales of goods and/or services • Website terms • Software licences and EULAs • Software development / support agreements • SaaS agreements and terms
