📋 Description
• Take the lead on contentious intellectual property matters • Advise businesses on the protection and enforcement of their IP rights • Manage a varied caseload across intellectual property rights • Run complex litigation before IPEC and the High Court • Collaborate with colleagues across Corporate, Commercial, Data Protection and Employment
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 8–10 years PQE • Strong experience in contentious intellectual property matters • Proven experience managing complex IP litigation • Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution processes • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
