📋 Description

• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases • Monitor database performance and troubleshoot performance issues • Perform database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures • Create and manage database objects such as tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures • Monitor database health, storage utilization, and system availability • Implement and maintain database security, user roles, and permissions • Execute database patching, upgrades, and migration activities • Troubleshoot database-related incidents and provide root cause analysis • Work with developers to optimize SQL queries and improve database performance • Support high availability solutions such as SQL Server Always On, Log Shipping, and Replication • Ensure compliance with organizational security and data governance standards • Maintain database documentation and operational procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 2.5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server • Strong knowledge of SQL queries, T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and functions • Experience with database backup and recovery processes • Understanding of database performance tuning and optimization techniques • Knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) • Familiarity with indexing, query execution plans, and database monitoring tools • Basic understanding of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) concepts • Experience with Windows Server environments • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
