📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the security architecture for infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments • Conduct threat modeling, security reviews, and architecture assessments • Plan and execute penetration tests, and define and oversee appropriate remediation measures • Further develop endpoint protection and vulnerability management solutions • Build and optimize security monitoring capabilities, such as SIEM • Secure cloud infrastructures using Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and AWS, including identity and access management and network security • Analyze, handle, and follow up on security incidents, including root-cause analyses • Automate security processes and integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (Security as Code) • Advise and support development and infrastructure teams • Contribute to compliance and audit activities, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR • Use modern AI/LLM tools to optimize security processes and help shape secure AI adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience, ideally 5+ years, in IT security, information security, or security engineering • Strong expertise in at least one of the following areas: cloud security, application security, network security, or security operations • Experience with security standards and frameworks such as OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, or CIS Benchmarks • Hands-on experience with EDR solutions, ideally combined with security monitoring and vulnerability management • Good knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language, such as Python, Go, or Bash • Analytical, solution-oriented approach, with the ability to communicate technical risks clearly and effectively • Very good command of English; German language skills are a plus • Ideally, experience with cloud platforms, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code, or DevSecOps • Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, CCSP, or Security+ are preferred
