📋 Description

• Deliver features end-to-end across the Synapse stack: React/Vite frontend, Node.js/Express/Apollo GraphQL backend, MongoDB/Elasticsearch data layer, and surrounding Kubernetes deployment • Operate AI coding tools, including Claude Code, agentic workflows, and LLM-assisted code review; write effective prompts, evaluate AI-generated diffs, and override the model when appropriate • Contribute to HL7 v2, FHIR, and immunization data pipelines, including Kafka-based ingestion and Elasticsearch indexing • Instrument work with structured logging using Pino, OpenTelemetry tracing, and Prometheus metrics • Debug across the Grafana, Tempo, Loki, and Pyroscope stack • Handle PHI safely by applying secure coding practices, using PII-safe span attributes, and flagging security concerns during code review • Participate in code review and provide constructive feedback on correctness, security, and observability • Work independently on defined features, escalate blockers early, and drive small-to-medium initiatives from concept to completion • Troubleshoot across application code, MongoDB/Elasticsearch, Kafka consumers, and the Kubernetes/Helm/ArgoCD/Kargo pipeline
