📋 Description

• Partner with the Chief People Officer to shape and deliver the people vision, strategy and priorities across the organisation • Deliver end-to-end generalist support across the employee lifecycle - partnering, onboarding, performance, development, remuneration cycles, engagement, offboarding and talent acquisition • Coach and mentor the People Experience team, building their capability and confidence • Advise and upskill squad leads and guild leads as a trusted partner on people matters - performance, difficult conversations, team health and capability • Own and continuously improve core people programmes, processes and policies, keeping them fit for a fully remote, AI-native, squad-based organisation • Use people data and insights to identify trends and drive proactive, evidence-based decisions • Champion Harrison.ai's culture and values, and lead engagement, wellbeing and belonging initiatives • Manage complex or sensitive employee-relations matters with sound judgement and discretion

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years generalist HR/People experience, including time in a senior or lead capacity • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and executives to shape and deliver people strategy • Deep, hands-on expertise across the full employee lifecycle - talent, performance, remuneration, engagement and employee relations • Experience designing and delivering both cyclical and strategic people programmes • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a track record of building capability in others without direct management authority • Sound judgement and discretion handling complex, sensitive and confidential people matters • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across a diverse, distributed organisation • Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. • Tertiary qualification in HR, business, psychology or a related field.
