📋 Description

• Provide personal, telephone and digital support to our specialist retail partners • Conduct product training sessions and presentations • Occasional on-site visits to retail partners

🎯 Requirements

• Friendly demeanor with a strong customer focus and enjoyment of communication • Technical understanding and an independent, structured way of working • Willingness to travel for occasional field assignments • Organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team • Experience in service-oriented environments (e.g., gastronomy, hospitality, technical support) is an advantage • Foreign language skills (French/English) are a plus
