📋 Description

• You are the first point of contact for our German-speaking community — whether it’s product advice, a complaint, or a simple question • With quick, friendly replies via chat, email, and social media, you put a smile on our customers’ faces • You bring fresh ideas to our internal processes and help continuously improve them • Together with our shipping partners, you make sure logistical hurdles are resolved quickly

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German and basic English (English is our company language) • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a positive attitude — you enjoy interacting with people and will be the connection to our customers from day one • Patience and understanding, even in stressful situations — you want to genuinely convince every customer and enjoy finding suitable solutions • Hands-on mentality, structured working style, and an eye for detail • Interest in Home & Living and, ideally, an affinity for social media • Availability: As a freelancer, working student, or temporary contract worker, you should ideally be available for 20 hours per week during the period from October 15 or November 1 until December 31, 2026
