Description

• Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure • Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers • Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes • Testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results • Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats • Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and 'fixes' • Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended • Planning out projects and being involved in project management decisions

Requirements

• Level I: 3-4 years of experience with a BS in Computer Science or soon-to-graduate Technology School with at least 2 years of working experience; or 3-4 years of working experience in the technical industry • Level II: 3-5 years of technical experience and a Bachelor degree in computer science or related area of study; without a degree, two additional years of relevant professional experience (5-7 years in total) • Level III: 5+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor degree in computer science or related area of study; without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (8+ years in total)
