📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for technical, corporate, and operations roles across the client’s business • Meet agreed SLAs and deliver a consistently strong candidate experience at every stage • Maintain accurate data and workflow compliance within the ATS • Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers — providing guidance on talent availability, market insights, recruitment strategy, and process expectations • Partner with Sourcers and Coordinators, ensuring they have the right information to support each stage of the process effectively • Communicate proactively with stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle, managing expectations and flagging risks early

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in an RPO, in-house, or agency setting • Bilingual in English and French languages • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, corporate, or service roles in the renewable energy sector is preferred • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with ATS platforms — SuccessFactors preferred — and sourcing tools • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
