• Active sales of the digifoot™ solution to medium-sized and large companies across the DACH region • Identification, outreach and relationship management of decision-makers in HR, occupational health management (BGM), personnel development and company leadership • Conducting product presentations, needs analyses and pilot-project onboarding (including tax and organizational positioning) • Supporting pilot customers from the evaluation phase through to company-wide rollout • Building strategic sales partnerships with occupational physicians, HR consultancies and corporate benefits platforms • Occasional participation in trade fairs and industry events (e.g., Zukunft Personal, BGM congresses, BKK networking meetings) • Close collaboration with the founders, product development and marketing
• Independent, structured working style with a strong focus on closing deals • Existing network to HR leaders, CHROs, occupational health managers or company physicians is desirable • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in one of the following areas: occupational health/workplace health promotion, corporate benefits/employer branding, HR software, health services or similar • Good understanding of typical HR processes and the challenges of occupational health management • Occasional willingness to travel within the DACH region; business-fluent German
