• Develop and strengthen senior-level relationships with commercial leadership at the health plan partner • Develop Headway's understanding of patient acquisition channels • Collaborate with internal, cross-functional stakeholders to deliver insights • Drive strategic initiatives that deepen the partnership • Document the approach to create a replicable commercial channel playbook
• 7+ years of experience in the healthcare space, preferably in roles within Business Development, or in Strategic Partnerships/Customer-facing roles • Track record of building meaningful relationships from scratch in complex, matrixed organizations • Experience in or closely adjacent to the commercial side of healthcare, at a digital health company with payer or employer channel exposure • Ability to identify the right questions and find data to form a viewpoint • Operational excellence in managing multiple high impact customers and moving pieces • Ability to think in playbooks; document logic for others to build on
