• Own and execute the strategic direction for the Management Liability vertical across the organization • Define the vertical’s value proposition, market positioning, and growth roadmap • Drive new business growth through strategic relationships with retail brokers, carriers, and MGAs • Develop and maintain senior-level carrier relationships specific to Management Liability markets • Educate producers and internal teams on Management Liability risks, coverage, and placement strategies
• 10+ years of experience in insurance brokerage, underwriting, or wholesale distribution • Deep expertise in Management Liability Lines within specialty insurance • Proven track record of revenue growth, market development, and relationship management • Strong understanding of Management Liability exposures and policy structures • Ability to influence the executive, carrier, and producer level • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
