• Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM industrial customers. • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within the OEM segment. • Provide technical support and product recommendations tailored to OEM requirements. • Collaborate with engineering and product managers to design customized power solutions. • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations. • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies. • Promote company products and formulate plans to convert opportunities into profitable sales. • Support market intelligence efforts to understand industry trends and increase market share. • Participate in planning, strategy, and team development for the assigned territory. • Contribute to develop and maintain a strong customer satisfaction approach. • Maintain accurate CRM records of contacts, accounts, sales, leads, and schedules. • Recommend and implement actions for continuous improvement.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in a similar role. • Post-secondary diploma or certificate required. • Knowledge of diesel engines, power transmission, and/or equipment industries preferred. • Relevant dealer development experience considered an asset. • Strong communication skills, etiquette, and the ability to assist the public cooperatively and courteously. • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions. • Efficient and accurate work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent teamwork skills. • High communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently with minimum instruction. • Excellent work ethic, reliability, and professionalism. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Positive attitude, self-starting, results-oriented, and proactive. • Competency with computers, Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, CRM and ERP systems. • Valid driver’s license and passport required.
