📋 Description

• Ensure the system operates efficiently by supporting users, implementing fixes, applying improvements, and supporting Protheus update and integration projects with other company systems. • Respond to user tickets related to the Protheus ERP (questions, errors, inconsistencies, performance issues). • Perform technical and functional analysis of incidents, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions. • Make fixes and adjustments to routines, reports, entry points, and integrations, using ADVPL when necessary. • Apply and validate Protheus patches, updates, and fixes, ensuring environment stability and security. • Execute parameterization and configuration in Protheus modules according to business area needs. • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation of system improvements and customizations. • Conduct tests in the homologation environment, supporting the business in validation and ensuring delivery quality. • Run SQL queries for data analysis and validation, supporting reconciliations and information audits. • Take part in version upgrade projects, environment migrations, and Protheus performance improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with Protheus ERP (TOTVS), providing support, fixes, and improvements. • Knowledge of ADVPL (code analysis, modifications to entry points, and customizations). • Experience in parameterization and configuration of Protheus modules. • Basic database (SQL) knowledge for queries, analysis, and data validation. • Experience applying Protheus patches, updates, and upgrades. • Technical or higher education completed or in progress in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. • Technical English for reading documentation (if applicable).
