📋 Description

• You advise our clients and answer questions about our digital compliance services related to management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485) • You assess existing quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety practices, identify gaps, and define the steps required for certification or ongoing compliance • You support clients in building their process landscape, drafting manuals and policies, and meeting the evidence requirements of the respective standard • You track standard revisions and best practices and continuously feed your findings into our platform and knowledge base • You prepare new implementation frameworks, structure their requirements, and translate them into reusable, demonstrable building blocks

🎯 Requirements

• Academic background in quality management, engineering, natural sciences, business, law, or a related field — or career changers with proven management systems experience • Certified knowledge and practical experience in ISO 9001 (required) and at least one other standard (ISO 14001 or ISO 45001) • Solid understanding of the common Annex SL / High-Level Structure • Experience with ISO 13485 (medical devices) is a strong plus • Experience with internal audits and preparation for certification audits; auditor qualification (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is a plus • You work in a structured manner, present complex requirements clearly, and are comfortable working with detail • You enjoy communicating with clients and delivering pragmatic, user-centered solutions • Language skills: German and English at C1 level
