📋 Description

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting • Prepare P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and management reports • Analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts and communicate variances to leadership • Manage annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes • Develop revenue, expense, headcount, and cash flow forecasts • Partner with department leaders on departmental budgets and cost accountability • Build financial models supporting strategic decisions and growth initiatives • Maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts • Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, and payment cycles • Improve working capital and cash management processes • Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability • Identify spending reductions and financial-efficiency opportunities • Evaluate vendor costs, operating expenses, and major investments • Improve accounting and finance workflows, controls, documentation, and SOPs • Automate repetitive finance and reporting tasks • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax professionals, and financial partners • Develop dashboards and recurring reports for revenue, expenses, margins, cash flow, and other KPIs • Track departmental performance against budgets and financial targets • Provide financial analysis for initiatives, hiring decisions, investments, and operational changes • Identify financial risks and opportunities and present recommendations to financial and non-financial stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in a finance management or senior finance position preferred • Experience in an agency, professional services, BPO, shared services, or high-growth company is a strong advantage • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent qualification is a plus, but not required • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting • Experience with accounting or ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, or similar platforms • Experience building financial dashboards or using BI tools is a plus • Ability to explain complex financial information to non-finance teams • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment, take initiative, and implement solutions
