• Identify and research potential clients and new market opportunities. • Contact prospective clients through various channels (cold calling, emailing, social media, networking). • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. • Assess and prioritize potential clients based on their needs and readiness to engage. • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure the company's goals and targets are met. • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, opportunities, and results to management. • Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective clients in the CRM system. • Continuously seek feedback and improve sales techniques and approaches. • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape. • Conduct all business following Higher Logic values, policies, and procedures. • All other duties as assigned.
