📋 Description

• Convert qualified meetings generated by the SDR team and strategic alliances into new customer wins. • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery and demonstration to negotiation and closing. • Collaborate with SDRs and strategic partners to understand lead sources and generate new pipelines. • Articulate the value proposition of Neon One's platform and tailor solutions for nonprofits. • Ensure a seamless transition for new customers from sales to their account manager. • Stay informed about industry trends and the evolving needs of nonprofits. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to sales activity. • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective customers and collaborate with internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in direct software sales, account management, or a related role, with a proven track record of converting qualified leads into wins. • Strong understanding of the needs & challenges faced by small nonprofit orgs. • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve sales objectives. • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and report on key performance metrics. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM software is a must. • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
