📋 Description

• Define and execute cloud infrastructure strategies aligned with business and customer objectives • Lead the design, implementation, and operational management of OCI environments while overseeing AWS support requirements • Establish cloud governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across managed services engagements • Drive cloud transformation, modernization, and operational excellence initiatives • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to cloud engineering and operations teams • Own end-to-end cloud infrastructure operations for AMS clients • Ensure service delivery within agreed SLAs, KPIs, and operational targets • Oversee availability, performance, capacity management, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and patch management • Drive major incident management, problem management, and root-cause remediation • Review and approve secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architecture designs • Ensure cloud security controls, audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance • Manage cloud infrastructure budgets, forecasting, financial planning, and cost optimization • Lead, mentor, and develop cloud consultants, engineers, and administrators • Manage Oracle, AWS, technology partner, and third-party vendor relationships • Lead governance reviews, operational meetings, executive communications, and client escalations • Build trusted advisor relationships with client leadership teams and conduct service reviews • Identify service improvement, automation, and cloud adoption expansion opportunities • Promote cloud-native capabilities, infrastructure-as-code, process standardization, observability, and reliability engineering • Report to the Senior Manager / Director – Cloud Services

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) expertise • Amazon Web Services (AWS) expertise • Cloud infrastructure architecture and administration • Networking, security, and identity management • Disaster recovery and business continuity planning • Monitoring, observability, and operational excellence • Infrastructure automation and cloud governance • Security and compliance frameworks • Cloud cost management and financial governance • ITIL processes and AMS operating models • Strong leadership and people management capabilities • Stakeholder and customer relationship management skills • Proven experience managing large-scale cloud operations • Executive-level communication and presentation skills • Experience leading geographically distributed teams • Strong vendor management and governance experience • 10+ years of overall IT infrastructure experience • 5+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure teams and operations • Hands-on experience in OCI environments • Experience supporting enterprise AMS managed services engagements • Experience in cloud governance, budgeting, and stakeholder management • Experience with SOC2 audits and remediation • Knowledge of hosting best practices and CMM, ISO-certified environments • Experience working on RFPs • Experience working closely with the CISO and maintaining the security posture of hosted environments • Preferred certifications include OCI Professional Certifications, Oracle Cloud Architect Professional, AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, ITIL Foundation/Managing Professional, and PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent
