📋 Description

• help identify and source candidates for our engineering roles • Reporting to the SVP of Engineering • have high visibility and the chance to have a large impact as we seek to double the size of our engineering team over the next year

🎯 Requirements

• Works with hiring managers and recruiters to build a deep understanding of what we are looking for in a role and can map that accurately to potential candidates • Is motivated and able to source a high volume of candidates when the role requires it • Can utilize creative ideas to stand out and help with particularly difficult searches • Has strong writing skills, and can craft messaging that engages candidates • Is data informed and is well versed in the metrics underlying their work
