📋 Description

• Own and scale the paid social program, managing a nine-figure annual budget against aggressive CPA and ROAS targets • Define and evolve a full-funnel social strategy, expanding beyond performance into awareness and consideration to unlock incremental, efficient growth • Leverage AI and automation to improve how we generate insights, execute campaigns, and report on performance • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Analytics, and Marketing to identify growth opportunities and bring them to market • Translate complex measurement inputs (MMM, MTA, Conversion Lift, etc.) into clear, actionable investment decisions • Build and execute a robust testing roadmap across creative, targeting, and platform optimizations • Lead creative strategy and production in partnership with internal teams and external agencies • Identify and launch new channels, betas, and experiments to drive scalable growth • Coach and develop a high-performing team across multiple levels • Serve as a key driver of cross-functional initiatives that improve how we acquire and engage customers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with a track record of owning and scaling large budgets (8–9 figures) • Deep expertise in paid social platforms (especially Meta) and performance measurement frameworks • Proven ability to develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies, not just lower-funnel optimization • Experience using AI, automation, or advanced tooling to improve marketing efficiency, insights, or execution • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex, ambiguous data into clear recommendations • Experience building and scaling processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing talent • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across teams.
