📋 Description

• Own full-funnel paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft/Bing, programmatic, and emerging platforms • Establish portfolio-level performance benchmarks: CPL, CPA, ROAS, and CAC:LTV ratios • Own daily and monthly budget pacing and forecast portfolio growth toward $1M+/month in managed spend • Build, lead, and mentor a growing team of PPC Specialists and media buyers • Run structured 1:1s, set performance expectations, and develop talent toward promotion • Own the full attribution roadmap: GA4, GTM, call tracking (CTM, CallRail, Further), offline conversion imports, and CRM integration • Deliver high-fidelity dashboards and performance reports that influence strategy, not just show metrics • Operate as elev8's AI-native paid media practitioner, build prompt libraries, document frameworks, and contribute to internal AI tooling • Lead adoption of AI and automation across the team to reduce manual work and raise the performance ceiling

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of paid media experience, ideally in an agency managing high-intent B2C lead gen • Proven track record managing $500K+ monthly ad budgets with measurable CAC improvements • Expert fluency in Google Ads and Meta Ads; strong attribution and tracking fundamentals (GA4, GTM, call tracking) • Director-level team leadership experience: you've hired, coached, and promoted paid media talent • Demonstrable AI fluency: you use AI in your daily workflow and can build frameworks others learn from
