📋 Description

• Responsible for day-to-day administration and support of Jira instance, including integrations and automations. • Lead initiatives to implement new business logic and workflows at the enterprise level. • Contribute to knowledge base, Confluence, and develop integrations with other operational systems and tools. • Identify, analyze, and deliver solutions to complex business challenges. • Strong interest in AI tooling and administering best practices for company-wide AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience • You have deep experience in supporting Atlassian Cloud infrastructure, most notably Jira and Confluence. • Experience in various endpoint management solutions such as Jamf, Intune/Endpoint Manager. • Experience with Okta, Jamf Pro & Group Management rules. • Strong understanding and experience using Okta • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 product suites is a plus as well as a background in AD and Entra ID integration management. • Familiarity with SOX and HIPAA compliance rules.
