📋 Description
• Edit long-form podcast episodes into engaging audio and video formats • Produce short-form clips that capture key moments and drive distribution on TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts • Enhance content with color correction, motion graphics, audio leveling, and creative cuts • Collaborate with the creative team to shape show flow, visuals, and pacing • Monitor metrics like watch time, CTR, and audience retention to iterate on format
🎯 Requirements
• Video/audio editing experience in a content-driven environment • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and similar tools • Demonstrated experience producing content that performs across social and thought leadership channels • Strong time management and communication in a remote team setting • Analytical mindset—comfortable using data to guide creative evolution
