• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective trade clients including builders, architects, interior designers, and property developers • Qualify leads efficiently and move prospects through the sales pipeline • Maintain call logs and outcomes in the CRM with accurate, up-to-date records • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consistent, value-driven follow-up • Execute targeted SMS and email outreach campaigns to prospective and existing clients • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, research, and target high-value prospects in the construction, design, and property sectors • Craft personalised LinkedIn messaging that resonates with target personas and opens meaningful sales conversations
• 4+ years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or a similar role • Confident and professional communicator — comfortable on the phone and in writing • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ideally Waalaxy or similar outreach tools • Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining pipeline hygiene • Experience with SMS and email outreach platforms • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient — you don't give up at the first no • Experience in building materials, construction, design, or retail is highly regarded but not essential
