📋 Description

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans with quarterly objectives and KPIs • Work with leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing performance • Manage and optimise WordPress websites and content • Create product, industry, case study, testimonial, and conversion-focused pages • Coordinate with the external web management team on website security, maintenance, and DNS • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns • Set up and test Meta and LinkedIn advertising campaigns • Monitor advertising performance, generate reports, and recommend spend changes • Focus on B2B lead generation for the distributor network • Manage social media content, campaigns, and posting schedules • Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity • Create educational content supporting brand awareness and lead generation • Identify and target relevant decision-makers across key industries • Develop LinkedIn outreach campaigns using employee and distributor profiles • Use InMail, case studies, testimonials, and content to generate interest and leads • Manage responses and help convert engagement into qualified opportunities • Set up and maintain the CRM for tracking and managing incoming leads • Support targeted email campaigns and automated follow-ups • Track leads from enquiry through to conclusion • Provide regular reporting on marketing performance and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in B2B lead generation • Experience across paid advertising, website management, social media, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM • Strong working knowledge of WordPress • Proven experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads • Meta Ads experience is highly desirable • B2B marketing experience is essential • Industrial, manufacturing, engineering, construction, or similar sector experience is a strong plus • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a results-driven approach • Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute to marketing strategy • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently without constant supervision
