📋 Description

• Plan and manage content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels • Launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns • Launch, manage, and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns • Optimize and update landing pages to improve lead conversion rates • Manage GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM, including pipeline setup and maintenance • Build and manage email and SMS automation workflows • Create and maintain lead nurturing and follow-up systems • Develop and manage an effective lead response process to engage prospects immediately after appointments are booked • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences • Manage LinkedIn outreach and lead generation to build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects • Take ownership of the entire marketing function for an Australian finance industry client

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience • Proven success managing Meta Ads and Google Search Ads with measurable results • Experience using GoHighLevel or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform • Experience with LinkedIn lead generation • Strong understanding of content marketing, paid advertising, CRM management, and marketing automation • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the marketing function • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Experience with finance, mortgage, or other regulated-industry marketing campaigns is requested in the application materials
