📋 Description

• Own the weekly and monthly Email & SMS calendar. • Build and optimize lifecycle flows, including Welcome, Abandoned Browse, Abandoned Cart, Checkout, Post-Purchase, Winback, and other retention flows. • Develop campaign concepts, messaging, and segmentation. • Translate strategy into briefs and proposals for the Email Designer. • Collaborate with the designer to execute campaigns according to brief. • Manage campaigns from concept through launch. • Own pre-launch QA for emails and SMS, including copy, links, CTAs, segmentation, personalization, offers, rendering, tracking, and customer experience. • Monitor campaigns after launch and quickly flag issues. • Own weekly Email & SMS reporting. • Track KPIs and communicate performance, trends, and concerns. • Provide actionable recommendations. • Work closely with the Head of Growth and operate independently. • Identify opportunities to improve retention and revenue. • Maintain a structured testing roadmap to improve Email & SMS revenue and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Email & SMS experience, ideally within DTC/e-commerce. • Strong experience with Klaviyo and/or other lifecycle marketing platforms. • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to create structure where there isn't any. • Strong copy and messaging instincts, even if not responsible for email design. • Comfortable working in Notion and Figma to create campaign proposals, briefs, flow maps, and presentations. • Strong QA mindset; able to catch issues before they become problems. • Proactive and comfortable working independently. • Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST.
