📋 Description

• Monitor TikTok Shop account health, policy violations, listing takedowns, product/IP flags, and warnings • Draft, file, and follow up on appeals; gather supporting documentation and maintain authorization records • Log violations, appeals, outcomes, and root causes; escalate threats to shop standing • Manage returns, refunds, partial refunds, disputes, and customer messages within platform timelines • Coordinate with Unturned, Amazon MCF, and Fulfilled by TikTok for returned items and order issues • Create and maintain TikTok Shop apparel and footwear listings, including titles, descriptions, variants, images, size charts, attributes, pricing, and shipping templates • Align TikTok listings with Amazon catalog data using UPC-based product mapping • Create and maintain Shein and Shopify listings and process Stadium Goods dropship orders • Handle marketplace returns, customer messages, account health, violations, and appeals on Shein and Shopify • Over time, perform inventory sync checks, document SOPs with Loom walkthroughs, and support promotions, affiliate samples, and Shopify launch setup • Deliver weekly operations summaries and maintain violation, returns, and listing trackers

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on experience operating a TikTok Shop (US market) from the seller side in Seller Center • Direct experience filing appeals for listing violations or shop-level actions • Direct experience working the TikTok Shop returns and refunds queue, including disputing returns and handling partial refunds • Hands-on experience creating and maintaining TikTok Shop listings with multiple variants, images, attributes, and shipping templates • Organized and reliable with recurring queues, daily checklists, logs, and deadlines • Comfortable in Google Sheets, including filters, lookups, and basic formulas • Excellent written English • Strong working proficiency with AI tools, especially Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or equivalents • Nice-to-have: Amazon Seller Central experience • Nice-to-have: Multichannel listing tools such as 4Seller and Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment or Fulfilled by TikTok • Nice-to-have: TikTok Shop affiliate operations or tools such as Euka and FastMoss • Nice-to-have: Branded athletic apparel or footwear selling and brand authorization/proof-of-purchase experience • Nice-to-have: Seller-side Shein experience • Nice-to-have: Shopify admin or retail-partner dropship fulfillment experience • Daily tools include TikTok Shop Seller Center, Shein Seller Center, Shopify admin, 4Seller, Amazon Seller Central, Google Sheets and Drive, Slack, Asana, Gmail, Loom, and Claude
