📋 Description

• Own high-volume outbound email prospecting and follow-up for a better-for-you snack brand with retail placement across 15 or more regional grocery chains • Research and add qualified leads to Google Sheets for outbound email sequences • Monitor automated email sends for accuracy and deliverability • Follow up promptly on replies and move engaged prospects through the pipeline • Write clear, concise follow-up emails that keep conversations moving • Maintain outreach cadences across cold, warm, and stalled accounts • Re-engage inactive or stalled accounts • Support reorders, account expansion, and reactivation outreach for existing customers • Track open conversations and prevent warm leads from going cold • Log outreach activity and conversation updates in Salesforce • Maintain clean CRM data with clear next steps on every account • Meet daily activity targets and monthly pipeline creation goals

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in outbound email sales, lead generation, or a similar email-driven SDR role • Strong written English communication skills • Ability to write clear, personalized outreach and follow-ups that generate responses • Comfortable working within an automated outbound email system • Experience managing lead lists in Google Sheets and monitoring send performance • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage a high volume of leads and conversations simultaneously • Fast typing and strong computer literacy across multiple tools • Availability Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time • Reliable high-speed internet • Self-disciplined and coachable • Comfortable being measured against daily and monthly metrics • Updated resume required • Short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) required; candidates without one will not advance • Nice to have: experience in CPG, food and beverage, retail, or consumer brand sales • Nice to have: familiarity with grocery or regional retail distribution channels • Nice to have: experience with Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar tools • Nice to have: background managing outbound email sequences and lead lists at scale
