📋 Description

• Own high-volume outbound prospecting and follow-up for a better-for-you snack brand with retail placement across 15 or more regional grocery chains • Send high-volume outbound emails to cold prospects using automated outreach systems • Call cold prospects and warm leads daily • Write concise cold emails and handle objections and basic discovery conversations • Follow up with inactive or stalled accounts to re-engage and advance them • Call current customers for reorders, account expansion, and reactivation • Maintain a structured cadence across active and dormant accounts • Respond to inbound calls and email inquiries within defined response-time targets • Qualify inbound leads and route or advance them appropriately • Log all call and email activity in Salesforce after every interaction • Maintain clean CRM data with clear next steps on every account • Hit daily activity targets and monthly pipeline creation goals

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, outbound, inside sales, or lead generation • Fluent English across reading, writing, and speaking • Strong written communication for clear, concise, non-spammy cold emails • Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections and rejection • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM • Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask across multiple tools • Fast typing and strong attention to detail • Availability Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM US Eastern Time • Quiet, professional calling environment and reliable high-speed internet • Self-disciplined, coachable, and comfortable being measured against daily and monthly metrics • Nice to have: experience in CPG, food and beverage, retail, or consumer brand sales • Nice to have: familiarity with grocery or regional retail distribution channels • Nice to have: background in high-volume outbound sales with defined daily activity targets • Nice to have: experience with Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo alongside a CRM • Updated resume required for application • Short Loom video of 1 to 2 minutes required; only candidates who submit a Loom video advance to the next hiring step
