📋 Description

• Advise our clients on IT organization and IT management • Identify clients’ organizational challenges and support them in implementing target operating models and IT management systems • Develop tailored concepts together with the client • Conduct requirements and process analyses and support the implementation of strategic transformations • Support the change process together with employees through sustainable change management • Optionally provide technical leadership for Junior Consultants in joint projects

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT organizational consulting • Basic understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT • Strong interest in organizing and governing IT effectively in a digital environment • Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business • Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
