📋 Description

• Manage client relationships as their advocate and trusted advisor. • Serve as the single point of accountability for Hitachi Solutions’ engagement and customer satisfaction. • Envision, develop, and deliver transformative opportunities aligned with customer strategic goals. • Understand client pain points and create digital transformation plans to resolve them. • Draw on internal account teams and business capabilities to provide relevant solutions. • Lead and oversee execution of quality solutions for strategic accounts. • Establish and implement governance and delivery operating models. • Track customer satisfaction and solution success using metrics and feedback mechanisms. • Monitor solution rollouts, make adjustments or escalate issues, and drive systemic improvements. • Drive client value, incremental consulting revenue, and land-and-expand opportunities. • Drive opportunity identification and deliver financial commitments including billed revenue, project/portfolio gross margin, and CSAT KPIs. • Partner with Area Consulting Leaders on controls for profit and loss accountabilities. • Use solution delivery expertise and customer industry knowledge to drive innovation. • Build trusted-advisor relationships with executive decision makers. • Facilitate collaboration across experts and internal departments to optimize delivery. • Develop strategic account plans with Sales and GTM teams for quarterly business reviews. • Communicate transparently with customers to avoid or resolve rollout issues. • Identify new opportunities and workloads that create incremental client value. • Partner across Hitachi Solutions to bring in expertise and drive the contracts process, including SOWs and COs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field and 10+ years solution delivery, customer-facing consulting, or digital transformation experience or equivalent experience. • 6+ years leadership experience in a matrixed environment. • Proven experience managing long term client relationships, including 3+ major client accounts simultaneously. • Proven success leading projects with budgets exceeding 3–5 Million dollars. • Experience leading project teams of 10+ resources in a matrixed environment. • Ability to develop project proposals, comprehensive project budgets, and plans. • Ability to contribute extensively through the entire engagement lifecycle from sales to delivery. • Accountability for contracts such as SOW and COs. • 10+ years relevant work experience within client industry preferred. • 10+ years relevant work experience in solution delivery preferred. • 5+ years relevant experience in financial management, such as profit and loss, preferred. • Must be a US citizen or able to work within the US without sponsorship.
