• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role • Strong understanding of the transformer services industry and market dynamics • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proven ability to build rapport with customers and cross-functional teams • Self-motivated with a strategic, results-oriented mindset • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 50%
