• Review RFQs and opportunities from Salesforce and assess requirements • Lead preparation of bids, quotations, and cost models • Coordinate with engineering, legal, and sales teams to compile proposals • Analyze technical specifications and develop pricing strategies • Manage risk reviews and approvals throughout the bid process • Ensure timely, accurate, and well-documented bid submissions • Support negotiations and follow up on bid outcomes • Process awarded orders and transition projects to delivery teams
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing and or engineering • Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering, marketing, or project-related roles • Knowledge of transformers or power delivery equipment is an advantage • Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Power BI • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills • Ability to interpret technical specifications and commercial requirements
