📋 Description

• Engage and qualify inbound leads across online and in-person payment products. • Conduct product demos, understand merchant needs, and recommend the right HitPay solutions. • Guide merchants through onboarding, activation, and initial transactions to ensure a smooth start. • Maintain high conversion rates from sign-up to activation. • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Compliance) to improve the inbound funnel. • Track lead performance, conversion metrics, and feedback to optimize processes. • Stay current on payment trends and competitive offerings in the region.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, merchant onboarding, or activation within payments, fintech, or SaaS. • Strong understanding of payment gateways, e-commerce plugins, and POS terminals. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Comfortable engaging with SMB clients across digital channels (email, chat, video calls). • Highly motivated, metrics-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
