• Hey, you! Wanna become #OneOfUs? • We are on the lookout 🕵🏻 for the next sales expert to join our HKR team as a Business Development Representative, working for a US-based luxury interior design brand in re-engaging clients and sparking fresh sales conversations. 🇺🇸 • Btw, HKR was remote before it was even cool! 😎 • Remote is allowed, encouraged, and the norm. Now, and forever. There’s only one catch, and it comes from this guy: • “Whatever you are, be a good one” – Abraham Lincoln.

🎯 Requirements

• You’ve got 3+ years of BDR or sales experience and you’re not shy about picking up the phone. • You know how to be persuasive and respectful—especially when reigniting relationships with past clients. • CRM tools, Excel sheets, LinkedIn… you know your way around all of them. • You’re detail-obsessed and organized—every note, call, and follow-up is accounted for. • You’ve led small teams or built processes before, and you’ve got the results to prove it. • You’re hungry for growth and constantly refining your game based on KPIs and feedback. • Bonus points if you’ve worked in luxury or interior design before (but no worries if not—you’ll learn fast with us).
