📋 Description

• Ensure the reliable operation of automated warehouse solutions as part of the team • Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule • Maintain and update applications • Help establish and further develop service processes using Jira Service Management and, in the future, Confluence • Support modern deployment processes and monitoring solutions • Contribute to the implementation of new technologies, including AI-related technologies • Collaborate with internal departments and international customers • Support on-site go-lives before taking on-call responsibilities • Further develop service systems and processes outside the on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Good knowledge of hardware and software • Practical experience in IT support or system operations • Knowledge of Oracle environments and SQL is an advantage, but not required • Ideally, experience with deployment processes, monitoring systems, or comparable IT operations environments • Interest in automated processes, technical systems, and intralogistics • Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style • Strong teamwork and communication skills • Good command of German and English
