📋 Description

• Support business customers with technical questions about software, hardware, and their use in vehicles • Systematically analyze technical issues and narrow down potential sources of error • Develop and guide customers through appropriate troubleshooting steps • Provide support on topics involving installed hardware, vehicle connectivity, GPS, and data transmission • Handle technical customer inquiries and independently follow them through to resolution or escalate them to the appropriate team • Explain complex technical concepts clearly and understandably • Document symptoms, analysis steps, and solutions in Zendesk in a structured manner • Forward recurring technical issues to the relevant internal teams • Contribute to the continuous improvement of products, processes, and support

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical field or practical experience in a technical profession • Experience as a mechatronics technician, automotive mechatronics technician, electronics technician, vehicle technician, or in a comparable field • At least some practical experience providing customer support by phone or in writing, ideally in technical support • Empathetic and service-oriented approach to work • Calm and professional communication, even in challenging situations • Affinity for software, apps, and digital systems • German language skills at C2 level • English language skills at least at B2 level • Willingness to learn about vehicle technology, hardware, and software
