📋 Description

• Clean up and continuously administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID accounts, licenses, roles, permissions, security policies, and devices • Close orphaned mailboxes and enforce MFA and Conditional Access • Set up and maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for all domains • Review, assess, and document security alerts from Defender and Entra ID, escalating anomalies as needed • Review and clean up third-party application approvals, enterprise apps, and app permissions • Implement scripted onboarding and offboarding workflows for Microsoft, HubSpot, Atlassian, GitHub, AI tools, and other SaaS services • Manage domains, DNS, mail configuration, and mailboxes • Monitor deliverability and spam protection, including sender reputation and blacklist monitoring • Manage sending through HubSpot, Mailchimp, the platform, and easybill • Manage HubSpot users, permissions, and integrations with Microsoft • Manage team accounts and access for AI tools, as well as connectors and MCP integrations • Develop scripts and small tools using Claude Code or comparable tools • Keep runbooks and documentation up to date with the help of AI • Handle recurring IT requests through assistants • Serve as the first point of contact for team IT questions and as the contact person for external service providers and software vendors

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID in a live business environment • Understanding of how SPF, DKIM, and DMARC work together, as well as practical experience with mail settings • Proficiency in DNS and domain management • Initial experience with PowerShell or Microsoft Graph and a willingness to automate processes • Use of Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or comparable tools for scripting, analysis, and documentation; ability to describe a solved example • Independent, structured working style • Ability to document your work and escalate issues promptly • Clear communication in German with non-technical colleagues • HubSpot or a comparable CRM on the administration side (nice to have) • AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor (nice to have) • Automation platforms such as Make or Power Automate (nice to have) • MCP integrations and AI assistants working with company data (nice to have) • Experience remediating a mail environment or carrying out tenant migrations (nice to have) • Basic knowledge of information security and data protection, including ISO 27001 and BSI IT-Grundschutz (nice to have) • Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 or SC-300 are welcome but do not replace practical experience
