• Engage with warm leads (inbound & outbound) and convert them into qualified opportunities. • Educate potential customers on real estate investment strategies and Home365’s platform. • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer goals and present tailored solutions. • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and track interactions in our CRM. • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies. • Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience (real estate, SaaS, or investment-related sales is a plus). • Real estate agent experience is highly valued. • A driven, competitive, and results-oriented mindset. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to learn quickly. • Highly organized. • A growth-focused attitude.
