📋 Description
• Provides interpretation for Limited English Proficient (LEP) patients, their families, providers, and staff • Advocates for LEP patients' access to health care services • Delivers culturally sensitive patient care • Commits to patient privacy & safety, and teamwork spirit.
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years of experience as an ASL Interpreter • Certifications are not compulsory, but desirable (Ed: K-12, NIC, CI, EIC) • Fluency in spoken and written English and ASL interpreting • Professional level medical interpreting.
