Honeysales is a Berlin-based SaaS company building Europe’s first agentic AI platform for B2B sales. The product uses AI-driven insights and real-time buying signals to prioritize prospects, automate multichannel outreach, and generate more meetings and pipeline. It integrates with CRMs, LinkedIn, and mailboxes, targets startups and SMBs, and emphasizes GDPR-compliant, all-in-one prospecting and analytics tools for sales teams.

📋 Description

• Voice of the customers: You are the person who understands our product and our customers better than anyone else. • End-to-end product ownership: You are responsible for our product areas. • Specs, prototypes & tickets: You write clear specs and tickets in Linear. • Quality bar — you’re the first user: You test, challenge, and validate every feature. • AI & agentic product work: You actively shape our AI features. • Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with Engineering, Sales, Client Success, and the founding team. • Feedback pipeline: You own the triage of product feedback. • Data & KPIs: You define and track product KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS, sales-tech, or AI products. • You combine strong product sense with a hands-on mentality. • You are passionate about AI/LLM-driven products. • Fluent in German and English — our customers are primarily in the DACH region and the team works bilingually. • Sufficient technical depth to work closely with Engineering.
