📋 Description

• Schedule client appointments by phone, through networking, and via leads, while building a well-organized pipeline • Learn and apply call scripts, needs assessment, follow-up, and documentation standards • Work with KPIs, receive feedback, and systematically improve results • Analyze client situations and prepare advisory materials in a structured manner • Participate in client conversations according to your level of training • Handle follow-ups and ensure clear next steps • Maintain accurate processes and document activities consistently • Work closely with a high-performing team and take ownership of assigned areas of responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences • Very good German skills, at least C1 level, both spoken and written • Strong communication skills, reliability, and a dependable work ethic • Initiative and a structured approach to work • Willingness to perform and deliver measurable results • Desire for professional development • Initial experience in sales, customer service, or consulting is desirable • Experience in sports or performance-oriented environments is desirable • Willingness to make phone calls and schedule appointments • Willingness to work with KPIs
