📋 Description
• Own and continuously improve New Hire Onboarding Program • Partner cross-functionally with IT, Facilities, and Hiring Managers for seamless onboarding • Manage background checks and employment eligibility documentation • Own the end-to-end Offboarding process • Administer compliance related employee training programs • Respond to unemployment claims and employment verification requests
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, Recruiting Operations, or Benefits Coordinator roles • Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Rippling, Lattice, or similar tools • Proactive, self-starter mentality • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
